10  | 許仲宣，字希粲，青州人。太平興國中，為廣南轉運使，㑹用兵，自亷欽征交州，其地炎瘴，士卒死者十二三，大將孫全興等失律，仲宣因奏罷其兵，不待報，即以兵分屯諸州，開庫賞賜，馳檄諭交州黎桓即欵附，遣使修貢，仲宣復上章待罪，帝嘉之。初，仲宣之遣兵也，人或難之，仲宣曰：「若待報，積屍徧野矣，罪一人，活千萬人，吾何恨哉？」雍熙四年，以諫議大夫出知廣州。仲宣性寛恕，而倜儻有心計，處變晏然，人服其量。後遷給事中，卒。 |
