108  | 方翥，字次雲，莆田人也，元寀之孫。由施庭先以事王信伯，遂有所得，艾軒謂其先我聞道。初，艾軒嘗慕嵇、阮之為人，先生笑曰：「當求一等人物，可以同出于舞雩之下者。若此等，恐立不定也。」艾軒悚然。有隱君子翁深父者，先生每往從之。以進士尉閩清，到官三百日而去，自是闔門佚宕于風煙無人之處。已而有薦之者，召除祕書省正字，凡九月，以風聞論事罷，遂乞外。先生吐棄一切章句，大略與艾軒等。亦不肯著書，有所嘯詠，出于偶然，艾軒以為孟浩然一種詩也。周教授伯忱見之，亦以為豪傑之士。其卒也，艾軒為之受弔。 |
