12  | 崔仲方，字不齊，博陵人，少有文武才畧。隋文帝受禪，進位上開府，授司農少卿，令發丁三萬，於朔方、靈武築長城，東至黄河，西拒綏州，南至勃出嶺，綿厯七百里。明年，復令仲方發丁十萬，於朔方已東縁邊險要，築數十城以遏寇《北史崔挺傳》。開皇三年，奉令築直羅城，又嘗開渠溉田，人皆德之《舊志》。 |
