1  | 田式，字顯標，馮翊下邽人也。祖安興，父長樂，仕魏，俱為本郡太守。式性剛果，多武藝，拳勇絕人。周明帝時，年十八，授都督，領鄉兵。後數載，拜渭南太守，政尚嚴猛，吏人重足而立，無敢違法者。遷本郡太守，親故屏迹，請託不行。武帝聞而善之，進位儀同三司，賜爵信都縣公，擢拜延州刺史。從帝平齊，以功加上開府，徙為建州刺史，改封梁泉縣公。 |
