54  | 魏韋誕，字仲將，京兆人。太僕端之子，官至侍中。伏膺於張伯英，兼邯鄲淳之法。諸書並善，題署尤精。明帝凌雲臺初成，令仲將題榜，高下異好，宜就點正之。因危懼，以戒子孫，無為大字楷法，袁昂云：「如龍孥虎據，劍拔弩張。」張茂先云：「京兆韋誕、誕子熊、穎川鐘繇、繇子會，並善隸書。」初青龍中，洛陽、許、鄴三都宮觀始就，詔令仲將大為題署，以為永制。給御筆墨，皆不任用，因奏：「蔡邕。自矜能書，兼斯喜之法，非糸丸素不妄下筆。夫欲善其事，必利其器。若用張芝筆、左伯紙及臣墨，兼比三具，又得臣手，然後可以逞徑丈之勢。方寸千言，然草跡之妙，亞乎索靖也。」嘉平五年卒，年七十五。仲將八分、隸書、章草、飛白入妙，小篆入能。兄康，字元將，工書。子熊，字少季，亦善書。時人云：「名父之子。」克有二事，世所美焉。 |
