93  | 趙廷臣，字君鄰，奉天人。順治初，授江寧江防同知。轄運務時，欲以黃快船丁僉充運甲，廷臣乞循舊册運丁歸運，黃快丁歸黃快船，軍衛無擾，又優䘏士子，凡列名庠序者復其家，槩不僉運。操院陳錦委廷臣練水師於直江口，訓練有方，江澨帖然。㑹編審署篆江寧精心釐核，照糧輸丁，積弊一清。崔掄竒，字正誼，夏邑人。順治四年，由進士授高淳縣。縣故有虛糧為民累，掄竒力懇上官，疏請永折，著為令。又加意課士，所拔識者多得雋秀。後遷工部主事。 |
