186  | 李芾，字叔章，衡人。浙東提刑以前官移浙西，盜羣穴太湖中，芾跡其出沒按捕之，作虎邱書院以祠尹焞，置學官，親為學規以敎之，學者甚盛。趙彦橚，字文長，知平江郡，海盜出沒，莫可蹤跡，彦橚奏分崑山之半置嘉定縣，屯兵以守。王遂，字去非，金壇人，理宗時知平江府，崇學校，寛民力，抑豪强，禁盂蘭盆㑹。洞庭邨民徐汝賢以詐惑衆，自號水仙太保」，掠人財賄妻妾，為害數十年，遂收捕黥，面鞭背，投之盤門，水中汚俗一變。吳潛，字毅夫，寧國人。理宗時，知平江府，條具財計彫敝，本末，以寛郡民，與轉運使王埜爭論利害，尋改知鎮江。 |
