《卷五十四 列傳第四 王世充 竇建德》
19  | 建德每平城破陣，所得資財，並散賞諸將，一無所取。又不啖肉，常食唯有菜蔬、脫粟之飯。其妻曹氏不衣紈綺，所使婢妾才十數人。至此，得宮人以千數，並有容色，應時放散。得隋文武官及驍果尚且一萬，亦放散，聽其所去。又以隋黃門侍郎裴矩為尚書左僕射，兵部侍郎崔君肅為侍中，少府令何稠為工部尚書，自餘隨才拜授，委以政事，其有欲往關中及東都者亦恣聽之，仍給其衣糧，以兵援之，送出其境。攻陷洺州，虜刺史袁子幹。遷都於洺州，號萬春宮。遣使往灌津，祠竇青之墓，置守塚二十家。又與王世充結好，遣使朝隋越王侗於洛陽。後世充廢侗自立，乃絕之，始自尊大，建天子旌旗，出警入蹕，下書言詔。追謚隋煬帝為閔帝，封齊王暕子政道為鄖公。然猶依倚突厥。隋義城公主先嫁突厥，及是遣使迎蕭皇后，建德勒兵千餘騎送之入蕃，又傳化及首以獻公主。既與突厥相連，兵鋒益盛。 |
