38  | 五月壬辰，兵部請復武舉，從之。甲午，敕東都畿、汝州都防禦使及副使宜停，所管將士三千七百三十人，隨畿、汝界分留守及汝州防禦使分掌之。辛丑，右僕射裴均請取荊南雜錢萬貫修尚書省，從之。丙午，正衙冊九姓回紇可汗為登囉里汨蜜施合毗伽保義可汗。六月戊辰，詔以錢少，欲設畜錢之令，先告諭天下商貢畜錢者，並令逐便市易，不得畜錢。天下銀坑，不得私手採。癸亥，以邕管將黃少卿為歸順州刺史，弟少高、少溫並授官，西原蠻酋也，貞元中屢寇邕管，至是歸款。乙丑，罷江淮私堰埭二十二，從轉運使奏也。甲戌，以河南尹關除慶為東都留守。丁丑，沙陀、突厥七百人攜其親屬歸振武節度伎範希朝，乃授其大首領曷勒河波陰山府都督。 |
