2  | 順、康、雍、乾之朝，滿大臣有以姓之一字為氏者，有以名之一字為氏者，父子祖孫，相沿成習，猶有周人以地命氏、以名命氏之遺意焉。若石，若顧，若舒，若鄂，若尹諸族皆是也。茲約舉之。雍正朝，大學士徐元夢，本姓舒穆祿氏，舒與徐滿音略同，遂相沿誤。孫舒赫德，曾孫舒常，此一族乃以姓之一字為氏者也。順治朝，鎮海將軍石廷柱，本姓瓜爾佳氏。子石琳，孫石文炳、石文晟。康熙朝，禮部尚書顧八代，本姓伊爾根覺羅氏，子顧儼，孫顧琮。雍正朝，大學士鄂爾泰，本姓西林覺羅氏，以父名鄂拜，遂以鄂為氏。子鄂容安，孫鄂津。乾隆朝，大學士尹繼善，本姓章佳氏，以父名尹泰，遂以尹為氏，其諸子尚有相沿不易者。此四族皆以名之一字為氏者也。 |
