1  | 咸豐癸丑，戶部尚書孫文定公瑞珍奏請捐納舉人，禮部侍郎陶樑請仿康熙年間例，報捐生員，文生每名一百兩，武生減半。甲寅，戶部侍郎羅文恪公惇衍奏稱粵東大姓，往往聚族而居，積有公產，請令一姓捐銀至萬兩者，將該族子弟每遇歲試，永遠取進文武學額各一名。侍郎何彤雲請開各省舉人進士捐免停科之例。皆奉旨斥駁。 |
