《卷70 史部·地理類三》
3  | 謹逐卷裒輯，而佐以旁見諸書者，排比其文，仍成三卷，以複《唐志》之舊。雖《永樂大典》闕卷數函，無從考驗，或不免一二之遺，而証以諸書，似已十得其八九焉。唐人著述，傳世者稀，斷簡殘編，已足珍惜。此更於放失之餘，複成完帙，使三四百年博物君子所未睹者，一旦頓還其舊觀，彌足寶矣。恂書體例不可考，今不敢強為分門。僅使各以類聚，庶便省覽。其中記載博贍，而文章古雅，於蟲魚草木，所錄尤繁。訓詁名義，率多精核。葉廷珪《海錄碎事》釋《爾雅》「魁陸」，引此書瓦隴以証之。張世南《游宦紀聞》引郭璞《爾雅注》犀有三角之文，據此書稱犀二角以辨之。歷來考據之家，皆資引証，蓋不特圖經之圭臬，抑亦《蒼雅》之支流。有裨小學，非淺鮮也。諸書所引，或稱《嶺表錄》，或稱《嶺表記》，或稱《嶺表異錄》，或稱《嶺表錄異記》，或稱《嶺南錄異》。核其文句，實皆此書。殆以舊本不存，轉相稗販，故流傳訛異，致有數名。惟《永樂大典》所題與《唐志》合。今特從之，以存其真焉。 |
