34  | 時軍興，陜西移用不足，始用知商州皮仲容議，採洛南縣紅崖山、虢州青水冶青銅，置阜民、朱陽二監以鑄錢。既而陜西都轉運使張奎、知永興軍範雍請鑄大銅錢。與小錢兼行，大錢一當小錢十。奎等又請因晉州積鐵鑄小錢。及奎徙河東，又鑄大鐵錢於晉、澤二州，亦以一當十，以助關中軍費。未幾，三司奏罷河東鑄大鐵錢，而陜西復採儀州竹尖嶺黃銅，置博濟監鑄大錢。朝廷因敕江南鑄大銅錢，而江、池、饒、儀、虢州又鑄小鐵錢，悉輦致關中。數州錢雜行，大約小銅錢三可鑄當十大銅錢一，以故民閒盜鑄者眾，錢文大亂，物價翔踴，公私患之。 |
