39  | 天聖二年七月，宰臣王欽若等拜表請上皇太后尊號曰應元崇德仁壽慈聖皇太后。命宰臣王曾撰冊文，參知政事魯宗道書冊寶。十一月，郊祀禮畢，帝御大安殿受冊，百僚稱賀畢，甫序班，侍中奏外辦，禮儀使奏請發皇太后尊號冊寶。皇帝服承天冠、絳紗袍以出，殿中監進，禮儀使與ト門使前導皇帝隨冊寶降西階，內臣主當職掌，捧正殿庭，置於東向褥位。禮儀使奏請皇帝再拜，在位官皆再拜應行事公卿執事者不拜。再拜訖，太尉、司徒就受冊寶位，皇帝圭跪，捧冊授太尉，太尉笏東向側身跪受。其冊文曰：「嗣皇帝位仁宗御名謹再拜稽首言：恭以為天下之母者，愛育之功博；居域中之大者，覆載之道均。乃有飾盛禮以推崇，因強名而丕顯。以恩則尊親偕極，以義則中外一辭，表德垂鴻，非可以缺。況乎寧保基緒，撫覽權綱，格萬守之治平，副輿情之輸戴。式隆稱號，以播休鑠。伏惟皇太后陛下聰明淑哲，淵穆懿恭。襲御龍之遐源，啟曾沙之瑞命。 |
