| 126 | 初，劉總奏分所屬為三道：以幽、涿、營為一道，請除張弘靖為節度使；平、薊、媯、檀為一道，請除平盧節度使薛平為節度使；瀛、莫為一道，請除權知京兆尹盧士玫為觀察使。釋名曰：幽州在北，幽昧之地，故曰幽，西南至涿州一百二十里。營州，以營室分為名。幽涿接境。營州治柳城，道里絕遠。劉總奏以為一道，必有說。平州西至薊州二百里。薊州西北部至檀州二百十七里。檀州西至媯州二百五十里。瀛州北至莫州二百一十里。玫，莫回翻。 |
