5  | 昭帝時，烏桓漸強，乃發匈奴單于冢墓，以報冒頓之怨。匈奴大怒，乃東擊破烏桓。大將軍霍光聞之，因遣度遼將軍范明友將二萬騎出遼東邀匈奴，而虜已引去。明友乘烏桓新敗，遂進擊之，斬首六千餘級，獲其三王首而還。由是烏桓復寇幽州，明友輒破之。宣帝時，乃稍保塞降附。 |
