《卷十四》
1  | 唐涪州刺史張又新撰。本刑部侍郎劉伯芻稱水之與茶，宜者凡七等。又新複言得李季卿所筆錄陸鴻漸《水品》，凡二十。歐公《大明水記》嘗辨之，今亦載卷末。餘足跡所至不廣，於《水品》僅嘗三四，若惠山泉甘美，置之第二不忝，特未知康王谷水何如爾。其次，吳淞第四橋水亦不惡。虎丘劍池殊未佳，而在第四，已不可曉。至於雪水，清甘絕佳，而居其末，尤不可曉也。大抵水活而後宜茶，活而不清潔猶不宜，故乳泉、石池、漫流者為上，為其活且潔也。若夫天一生水，烝為雲雨，水之活且潔者，何以過此？余嘗用淨器承雨水，試以烹煎，不減雪水。故知又新之說妄也。 |
