23  | 先是，尊崇禮定帝名獻皇帝，陵曰顯陵，錦衣百户隨全等請遷顯陵，北𦵏天夀山，工部尚書趙璜力斥其謬，席書亦再集，廷臣議已之，至是，光祿寺廚役王福等復以為言，而巡檢徐震奏於安陸建京師，李時極言不可，事乃寢，遂改州為承天府，設鍾祥縣為府治。質實，顯陵在易州西鍾祥劉，宋置萇夀縣，隋曰長夀，明洪武初，省入安陛州，是年復制鍾祥縣，今為安陸府冶。趙璜，字廷實，安福人。九月，以禮部尚書李時兼文淵閣大學士預機務。自孚、敬、萼與費宏、楊一清相傾軋，讙囂不已。孚敬罷，翟鑾獨秉政者兩月，時入，兩人皆遜順，無齟齬，政府稍寜。 |
