87  | 德，字玄明，雅為兄垂所重。桓溫之至枋頭也，德與垂擊走之。苻堅滅暐，以德為張掖太守。垂稱尊號，封為範陽王，拜車騎大將軍、司隸校尉，尋遷司徒。寶既即位，以德鎮鄴，後拜丞相。寶既東走，群僚勸德稱尊號，德不從。皇始二年，既拔中山，太祖遣衛王儀攻鄴。德率戶四萬南走滑臺，自稱燕王，號年為燕元，置百官。德冠軍將軍苻廣叛於乞活壘，德留兄子和守滑臺，率眾攻廣，斬之。而和長史李辯殺和，以城來降。 |
