25  | 戊午。諭吏部、兵部：「王大臣等驗看革退人員內，其武職官曾在軍旅効力、身經受傷，雖年齒衰邁，仍留職銜；文職官除年老庸劣外，若由進士舉人正途出身，初選知縣，即以才力不及革退，亦屬可憫，嗣後將此等人員，或改授教職，或以原品休致，著會同酌議，定例遵行。」 |
| 72 | 諭總理事務王大臣：「從前揀選庶吉士外，諸進士俱留京學習三年。伊等若果用心學習猶可，如不用心學習，則留京何益？嗣後進士中，揀選學問好者，著令為教習，年滿照例錄用；其餘進士等，俱令回籍，候缺補用。」 |
