48  | 貞觀二年十二月，太宗謂公卿，欲使子孫長久，社稷永安，其理如何？尚書右僕射、宋國公蕭瑀對曰：「臣觀前代國祚所以長久者，莫不封建諸侯以為磐石之固。秦并六國，罷侯置守，二代而亡。漢有天下，參建藩屏，年踰四百。魏晉廢之，不能永久。封建之法，實可遵行。」始議列土之制。 |
