| 48 | 霸州，中，防禦。本唐幽州永清縣地，後置益津關。周置霸州，以莫之文安、瀛州之大城來屬。政和三年，賜郡名曰永清。崇寧戶一萬五千九百一十八，口二萬一千五百一十六。貢絹。縣二：文安，上。景祐二年，廢永清縣入焉。有劉家渦、刁魚、莫金口、阿翁、雁頭、黎陽、喜渦、鹿角八砦。元豐四年，割鹿角砦隸信安軍。政和三年，改劉家渦砦曰安平，阿翁曰仁孝，雁頭曰和寧，喜渦曰喜安。 |
