| 22 | 姚祐，字伯受，湖州長興人。元豐末，第進士。徽宗初，除夔州路轉運判官。且行，會帝幸禁苑御弓矢，祐奏《聖武臨射賦》。帝大悅，留為右正言。歷陳紹述之說，遷左司諫。建議置輔郡以拱大畿，進殿中監。六尚局官制成，凡所以享上率屬、察舉稽違、殿最勤惰之法，皆祐裁定。以親老請郡，授顯謨閣待制、知江寧府。時召捕張懷素，祐追獲之，復為殿中監。 |
