24  | 裴松之，字世期，河東聞喜人。宋武帝北伐，以松之為司州主簿，轉中從事。既尅洛陽，松之居州行事，帝後遣毛德祖使洛陽，因勅之曰：「松之廊廟之才，不宜久居邉務，今召為太子洗馬，可令知之」。甄琛字思伯，中山無極人，魏宣武間，累遷河南尹。時多寇盜，琛以里正職微任碎，不能督察，表請少髙，其品選下品中應遷者，進而為之。又奏以羽林為遊軍，於諸坊巷司察盜賊，於是京邑清靜，後皆踵焉。 |
