104  | 癸酉，兵科給事中張縉彥上言：『廣西巡撫林贄為安南頭目鄭梉代請王爵。臣考安南自莫登庸纂逆，降封都統。迨後黎寧居漆馬江，以延黎祀。至黎維潭，逐莫民，歲貢方物；神祖嘉其忠順，准襲都統使。今之請封，何功也？雖朝廷「字小」，不靳殊典；而荒夷要挾，豈可徇情！使鄭梉得其志，將遂悍橫，憂及中土；即欲以茅土之券塞谿壑之欲，豈可得哉』！上是之。 |
