10  | 八月癸未，以桂輪為熱河都統。丁亥，英人寇浙江。庚寅，以朱襄為河東河道總督。辛卯，萬壽節，上詣皇太后宮行禮。御正大光明殿，皇子及王以下文武大臣，蒙古使臣、外藩王公行慶賀禮。褫文沖職，枷號河干。以王鼎署河東河道總督。英人去廈門。丁酉，英人寇浙江雙澳、石浦等處，裕謙督兵擊走之。命怡良赴福建查辦軍務。以梁寶常署廣東巡撫。庚子，以趙炳言為湖北巡撫。辛丑，英人復大舉寇浙江。戊申，英人再陷定海，總兵王錫朋、鄭國鴻、葛雲飛等死之。裕謙、余步雲下部嚴議。是月，免陜西華州、大荔二州縣，河南睢州等八州廳縣水災額賦。 |
