Machine Menu Disappeared
The machine entry on the VirtualBox menu has disappeared for my Windows 7 VM. It is OK for all other VMs that I run. Uninstall / reinstall had no impact. Any ideas?

Look in the Virtualbox settings for the guest under User Interface. Make sure it wasn't accidentally disabled. Assuming you are using VB 5.0.

I had the same problem and found out how to fix: Host + Home will display all the menu options, including File and Machine
Whatever one is not light blue will not show. (In my case both File and Machine did not show.)
Click on whatever menu is white and that turns it light blue and returns that menu to your VM.
