The identification of fingerprint which helps to understand the biological variation of populations; investigation and examination are a very important role which subsumed in this field of study. The two localities of Tura brought to light through Garo tribes. The Sample Random Sampling (SRS) has picked from sample techniques which have selected 32 numbers of people and found aberrant multifaceted from the friction ridge patterns within these two localities between the age of 20 to 40 and those especially from the youths, men and women. The basic friction ridge patterns as exhibited the Arch (9), the Loop (202) and the Whorl (100) from both sexes. The Arch is the least one among the three fingerprint patterns and Loop occupied the highest in number. Plain Arch (37), Tented Arch (13), Radial Loop (24), Ulnar Loop (171), Double Loop Whorl (9), Accidental Whorl (2), Plain Whorl (48) are the other unwonted manifold types of friction ridges. Apart from these, another power of friction ridges brought to light through these wonderful patterns as Fork Shape (105), Bridge (91), Core (30), Crossover (11), Delta (14), Fragment (53), Double Bifurcation (16), Eye (54), Island (23), Pore (51), Hook (29), Ridge Ending (63), and Tribifurcation (11). Nine fingerprint minutiae are not regular present on the distal phalanges and the Ulnar Loop dominated the topmost highest ranking and the two least numbers are the Accidental Whorl and the Double Loop Whorl. Most commonly seen are Bifurcation and found 105, Bridge is 91 and Ridge Ending occupied the third place and Tented Arch is the least one which present on their distal phalanges on both male and female’s hands. In Bifurcation, females’ fingerprint occupied the highest in number whereas males’ distal phalanges added to be mark the highest in Ridge Ending. Core, Delta, Dot ( Fragment ), Hook ( Spur ) are more commonly seen which present on the fingertips of male than female. If Desquamation and Scars are present on the outermost layer of stratum corneum then makes daedal to scrutinise from the friction ridges.

Forensic odontology, a part of forensic anthropology; forensic pathology and other dental medicines, they are cracking to throw the light on mostly supports on artefacts. Tooth is a part of exoskeleton which present and positioned in the maxillary and mandibular arch. In human dentition, dental morphology and anatomy, both are also played a crucial role for the forensic investigation and identification. Age assessment can be classified into various ways through various techniques of investigation like radiographic method, clinical or visual method, histological method, physical and chemical analysis, all these are providing most authentic process of identification in the sphere of forensic odontology. In the mandibular part, there are five primary teeth per quadrant then ten per arch, and in the maxillary part, again there are five per quadrant then ten per arch and the total is twenty in the primary dentition; eight permanent teeth quadrant then it will be sixteen per arch in the maxilla and mandible and the total is thirty two permanent dentition in adult human. Even the tooth can also facilitates to provide recognize
the sex determination either through employing of various methods; human skull can be provided to identify the gender and the mandible, the best way is to examine and identify from the skeletal remains because in male, larger and thicker, more robust than female. Anterior and posterior of teeth, labial view, buccal view, occlusal view of teeth etc., these are the other process of identification to gain reliable information. Occlusal view helps to identify the dental carries or cavity which facilely recognizable and ridges are more present on the molars than the premolars. Teeth can be number in Arabic numerals for permanent teeth from the median line backwards at the lower dental arcade and also for the maxillary arch but for the deciduous teeth, employed Roman numerals in some implemented notation system, in Universal Numbering System ( UNS ), numbered the teeth in Arabic numerals from 1 to 32 but for deciduous teeth employed alphabetic letters from A to T. Bite marks are injured or tissues wounded which makes physiological change through damaging the cells and always associated with assaults, sex crimes and child abuse or sometimes wounded by the sexual arousal. Multifaceted tools and techniques like computed axial tomography scan ( CAT ) for orthodontic assessment, computed tomography ( CT ), X-ray etc., these are the another development and advancement of science and technology that brought the light for the world. Even the miniature artifacts are very imperative elements and in the present scenario, no one could not sweep under the carpet about the doubts and concealed of something can drastically change to unmask for the world to bear in the law enforcement.

Skull part is the axial skeleton and a pelvic girdle is the part of appendicular skeleton that plays an essential role in the osteological studies and also a very crucial component in the field of forensic anthropology as well as forensic sciences. Skull is an important component in forensic anthropology which helps to determine the sex and also to estimate the age of the individual and osteology part is played an essential role in forensic anthropology. Osteology is an important part in biological anthropology which how the human body parts are structured with bones; also is a great opportunity for the archaeological sites to find the skeletal remains and the sutures are very valuable to find and record the age through study and determination from the skull. In forensic anthropology, pelvic girdle shows the way how to determine the sex through intensive investigation, through visual assessment or by comparison between two pelvic bones etc., and it provides to identify whether the bone is male or female; and also a core support for our body and is a crucial part in legal scenario and also in the field of forensic anthropology. Pelvic girdle and vertebral column helps to support our body with various articulated bones and pelvic bone is made up of three bones i.e. ilium, ischium and pubis. Multifaceted tools and techniques which makes facilitate through employing hi-tech equipments. Being employed multifarious tools and techniques, taking up the best tools and equipments like craniomtric measurement, Computer Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), X-Ray, anthropometers, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Radiocarbon Dating, high-powered microscopes etc., these all have been facilitating to reveal the conundrum of complicated case through forensic anthropologists to analyse the skeletal remains, sex determination etc., and also those who have been concentrated in the field of forensic sciences. Perplexity or disconcernment with scourges and under suspected clears the ruminate about to set free in this field of forensic dimension. Sex determination is an important aspects in forensic anthropology and also makes facilitate to identify the male and female through visualisation the two skulls. It plays a key role in the field of forensic anthropology and a very helpful in the academic area too that it makes assimilated to understand how the human skull is different from male to female and a very valuable to imbibe knowledge. The important component of skull and pelvic girdle are very much needed in the legal scenario which through visual assessment also can be done the determination of sex. The difference in skull and pelvic bone of morphology from male and female are very crucial component which is an important role in forensic anthropology.

The friction ridges are gradually formed while developing inside the mother's intrauterine and in this pattern it has three basic parts like arch, loop and whorl; and besides, different types of fingerprints which formed are also present on the stratum corneum (outermost layer part of epidermis from the human skin) and provides unique information from various populations. Some ridge portions of the epidermis which present on our fingers are almost resemble to other fingerprints but all the fingerprint patterns are not provide precise similar information because of very distinct to each other and even though from the twins never alike between them. In fingerprint, there is an another essential facet that is minutiae and encompassed as crossover, pore, double bifurcation, fork, hook, bifurcation, dot, ridge ending, eye, delta etc., all are very imperative component in the study of fingerprint because it is needed in criminal investigation etc. In such case like victimized, crimes etc., it is very important to carry out the causes which it helps through employing of multifarious tools for the concerned department of criminals or investigators. Minutiae provides detail information on about the ridge patterns which present on the fingers and help us to investigate and to examine of each and every distal phalanges. It also provides information to detect through biometrics with the help of various ridges or minutiae which it is the corridor to access and operate that provided fingerprint sensored in some application of tools or gadgets etc. Some fingerprints are very complicated while analysing to examine from the different individuals because of occurred major traumatic accident, cicatrix, desquamation and study of this provides tremendous information through the biological variation of populations. Simple Random Sampling (SRS) is employed while studying through minutiae from the fingerprint and found the highest percentage which is Bifurcation or Fork (105) and the least part is Tribifurcation (11) but the cicatrix and desquamation also found from the distal phalange then made subtle analysed, that encompassed from male and female where those who have been inhabited in the two localities of Tura, Meghalaya.

It occupies important position in the socio-cultural, spiritual and medicinal area of rural people, Garo Hills, in the state of Meghalaya is endowed with ethno medicinal plants in the villages. Ues of traditional practice has been going on and has been passed on from generation to generation, and relying on Indigenous Knowledge (IK) which has played a vital role among the Garo community. In relating to the use of herbal plants for therapeutic purposes there might be some myths or taboo that are passed on if not in written form but by oral tradition from the preceding to the succeeding generation. Therefore it is imperative to know what Myth and Taboo are. The prepared medicine obtained from the herbs is applied on the infected part of the patient's body, while the medicine is held in place by tying with a piece of cloth. For other diseases, the herbs are either bake or boil as a decoction, in order to extract the medicinal property from the plant. The Garo or A•chik traditional healers use various plants as a traditional medicine and this practice has been going on since earlier times. Common village folks who are well-versed in traditional medicines through herbs, adhere to traditional medicine because it really helps to cure from various diseases and there are many who are witnessing about it. The traditional healers or ojas from Rongbakgre village show their utilization of medicine through their traditional lore of medicine and brings to light on how they used to treat various diseases and bear witness the healing property obtained from various medicinal plants administering to patients having diseases like diabetes mellitus, bone fractured, high blood pressure, measles, malaria, white patch, mental diseases, impotency, snake bite, etc. Ojas or traditional healers have been employing folk medicines for treatment against the multifarious ailments or diseases by depending on and the application of their indigenous knowledge and are still attempting to enhance the scope of usage of medicinal plants for other therapeutic purposes on various diseases like cancer etc. The ojas as well as the villagers witnessed that people have been able to recover from their ailments after the herbal medicine has been administered on the sick. According to the traditional healers' reports that there are more than 60 % of plants are found from Rongbakgre village and these have been also use to fight against the various ailments or diseases and not only from this village but researchers also brought to light that around 50 % of valuable medicinal plants which still administering for medicinal purposes and valuable herbaceous are found in Garo Hills regions. A total of 33 medicinal plants (Abuliton indicum, Alstonia scholaris, Azadirachta indica, Clerodendrum glandulosum, Crinum ltifolium, Dillenia scabrella, Justicia gendarussa, Syzygium cumini, Phlogacanthus thyrsiflorus, Zingiber officinale etc.) having 26 famillies (Apocynaceae, Malvaceae, Verbenacee,
Dilleniaceae, Acanthaceae, Zingiberaceae etc.) and more than 30 genera are found from the village of Rongbakgre under the Gambegre Block, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya.
