Thanks Elena.� I'm a little firewall issue at the moment and the link is not working for me.
I like the SmartCities idea because for certain kinds of data, weather, sunshine and some others, the ability to triangulate, rather than link is crucial.http://www.rustprivacy.org/2012/toward/
For example, if you look at the charts (bottom of the pages) for London and Madrid it is easy to see that - except for the increased danger with travel in twilight - the Siesta is just an alternate cultural adaptation to the work-day and not some sort of moral lapse or character flaw some would want it to be.
