Also, we could give you the data (as RDF/Turtle) from dir.w3.org <http://dir.w3.org/> which contains info from over 40 organizations in 13 countries doing Linked Open Data work. Some are enterprise related.  Happy to provide more info if you�d like.

See also, perhaps some case studies in books on Linked Date Developer website may yield results.[1]
