It's all about altitude ... no, no, I meant attitude, it's all about attitude.. Some might think they live in a tower block filled with the lower classes of society. Others will see their upper floor apartment as a penthouse with views of the city. It's all about attitude, glass half full stuff.
And in this photo the glass is doubly full, with the photographer sitting out on a ledge, a million metres above the hard concrete of the footpath below, risking life and limb to get the shot ... while the timid human subject cowers in fear behind that ubiquitous crutch of social acceptance, trembling with the belief that the archangel has come for his, or her, very soul.
The little Parthenons on the other buildings look like little hats.
