No news here. They’re always said “we don’t know what those things are, maybe cameras errors, sensor heat, lens flare etc… but since we don’t know what are, we classified those events as UFO, not ‘we know that those events are aliens’ “.
I'm inclined to agree with you. But what I find endlessly fascinating is trying to work out the game-theoretic angle on why the Pentagon would admit that it doesn't know what these things are. It only fuels the interest.

Yes, but is a transparency operation, is nice to know that they are saying “we don’t know what these things are” instead of “these videos/things don’t exist”, yeah, this fuels the interest in some people, also in me, but doesn’t mean that are aliens. And is a nice thing that militaries are relaxing those videos to let all investigate on them (and in fact 99.9% a guy on the internet unfold the mystery).
