Sad, export licenses were supposed to restrict export military purpose tech. Now it is used as an economic pressure tool.

But I don't understand how the export license can be enforced when all the tech is already developed and produced outside in Asia and US has at most the assembly.

Anyway, looks like a good reason to reduce presence in us instead of extend for such a manufacturer.

I love propaganda not backed by one iota of fact.

The first who will lose is nVidia stockholders.


Based on the timing and context of the refereces articles and comments, I'm more inclined to see them as a wishful thinking rather than propaganda


..and anyone who relies on rare-earth metals, like cough Nvidia
