I don't see how PE firms such as Warburg Pincus/Tiger Global belong on this list.

Warburg Pincus participated in a $26M Series A in CrowdStrike in February 2012. Tiger Global participated in a $10M Series A in BelezanaWeb.com.br in May 2012 and a $8M Series A in Olacabs in April 2012.

Have they participated in any more? It seems like one off investments by giant PE firms probably aren't helpful to any startup that doesn't already have a personal connection to those firms.

I am not a doctor. The body is quite good at keeping high ox levels. If your ox level is too low cell damage can occur, organ damage, etc. If your ox level gets way to low your die.

Lower than normal ox levels can help diagnose that something is "wrong" with your body (or your environment) - lung damage, heart issues, etc. It can't tell you what is wrong, just something is up.

it's actually forever free---they say only 6 months, but the expiration is non-existent. I've been using mine for over 4 years!

Churning really depends on your credit. Shaphire and the high mileage cards require you to have a very good score and decent sized credit history.

Had the same problem. I just went to www.atebits.com from my device and clicked on the itunes link from the site.

Apple actually messed up the IDFA for users that update from iOS 5 to 6 (over wifi). All these users are assigned an IDFA number of 0000000. Users that are on the new iPhone 5 or updated from iOS 5 to 6 via a network connection have a valid IDFA number.
