Physically I've swapped the commute for a reasonable amount more cycling outside which is nice. Mentally went through the AWS Solution Architect associate and professional certifications and ticked those of. Next up will be to finally update my blog and launch a couple of Slack apps all things I've been meaning to do for a while
I used the Boris Bikes in London 249 times last year, theres an annual pass that costs £90. I commute into the city by train so its a lot easier than using my own bike. In London at least the scheme seems fairly well used with around million hires a month in the summer months http://content.tfl.gov.uk/santander-cycles-quarterly-perform...

only really via IFTTT, though think I could migrate as most of the people I care to follow on Twitter are broadly doing the same, so whilst I am not actively using it, the ability to jump ship a lot easier is there
In the UK at least its definitely a red tape bureaucratic mess thats causing the problem. Hopefully things like http://openhealthcare.org.uk/ will break through somewhat
Plugging ourselves at intohand.com (I am one of the founders) we have been involved with the Android scene before there was hardware, I personally have given talks and workshops at Droidcon and the Future of Mobile, we have several successful apps and can assist with iOS, Blackberry, Qt and pretty much any other mobile platform you care to mention apart from WP7
