Cheesecake Factory Adds More Than 20 Dishes to Its 250-Item Menu — Here’s What’s New!

The restaurant chain has also removed 13 items, including the mushroom burger, bistro shrimp pasta and the beloved loaded mashed potato omelette

It’s that time of year again, and the Cheesecake Factory is here to deliver. 

To keep things fresh and inviting for new and veteran guests, the casual dining chain has updated its menu. While some items are disappearing, exciting new food and drink items have been added or upgraded for the season.  

Known for its lengthy menu of 250 delectable items, the restaurant chain has maintained the rotating trend for decades to stay competitive with other casual dining enterprises. In a 2017 interview with Nation’s Restaurant News, founder David Overton said Cheesecake Factory has changed its menu twice a year for 40 years, which "keeps people interested."

In the latest menu rotation, the chain confirmed to PEOPLE that 13 dishes are leaving the Factory, including Everything Flatbread Pizza, Mushroom Burger, Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, White Chicken Chili, Spicy Cashew Chicken, Bistro Shrimp Pasta, Fried Shrimp Platter, Petite Filet, Factory Combinations, Loaded Mashed Potato Omelette, Taco Dorados and Eggs, SkinnyLicious Lemon Herb Parmesan Chicken, and the SkinnyLicious Spicy Shrimp Pasta. 

And while these are disappearing, the incoming dishes are sure to keep customers coming back. Among the latest additions are a few tell-tale notes that the restaurant has tapped into trends and is keeping up with the competition. For instance, one of the new items is an Asian Cucumber Salad, a subtle nod to the viral TikTok moment that had many people discovering new ways to enjoy the vegetable.

Another standout dish is the Double Smash Cheeseburger, a potential whistle to one of the chain’s fast-food competitors. The drinks section also received a much-welcomed addition with a mocktail, the Yuzu Crush, a refreshing non-alcoholic drink with the citrus flavors of yuzu and lemon. 

Below is a list of the other latest dishes that customers will be able to find at their local Cheesecake Factory: 

Grilled Asparagus: served with lemon ricotta and toasted almonds

Honey Roasted Carrots: slow-roasted with maple brown butter glaze

Charred Sugar Snap Peas: seared with fresh herbs and chile-lime vinaigrette

Chicken & Jalapeno Fritters

Chicken and Jalapeno Fritters: lightly battered and fried crisp with fire-roasted chiles, cheddar cheese, and green onion

Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche: a sushi-grade ahi tuna and poached shrimp tossed with green onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Dish served with guacamole and crispy corn tortillas

Chicken Shawarma: pita bread filled with grilled chicken, tomato, housemade pickles, onion, garlic, and cilantro. served with French fries or green salad

Mortadella Panino: imported mortadella, melted fontina cheese, lemon ricotta, arugula, onion garlic aioli on toasted ciabatta. served with French fries or green salad

Thai Stir-Fried Noodles: Asian rice noodles, snow peas, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onion and egg with cilantro and chopped peanuts

Seared Tuna Tataki Salad: sushi grade ahi seared rare, avocado, tomato, sesame, soy, and cilantro with mixed greens tossed in shallot vinaigrette

Grilled Branzino: charbroiled with lemon and fresh herbs. served with mashed potatoes and green beans

Steak Frites: charbroiled rib-eye steak with red wine sauce, grilled onions, garlic-herb butter, and parmesan French fries

Spicy Ginger Beef Tenderloin: tender pieces of filet mignon sauteed with shiitake mushrooms, snap peas, peppers, and onion with our spicy sesame-ginger sauce. served with white rice

Grilled Steak and Eggs: grilled ribeye steak with two farm fresh eggs served with potatoes or tomatoes and toast

Yuzu Drop: Grey Goose vodka and elderflower liqueur shaken with yuzu juice and kaffir lime

Japanese Whisky Sour: Toki Japanese whisky with yuzu and honey
