Christina Haack Claims Ex Josh Hall ‘Stole’ All of Her Gym Equipment From Her Newport Beach Home

Christina Haack is making a new claim against her estranged husband Josh Hall on the latest episode of Christina on the Coast. 

During the March 6 episode, the HGTV star, 41, explains that she’s rearranging some spaces in her Newport Beach, Calif., home after her 9-year-old son Brayden made a request to have his own room. While having a conversation with fellow designer Kylie Wing about turning the playroom into her son’s new bedroom, Christina reveals some important items in her home gym were taken. 

“I’m going to get rid of this sofa and turn the gym — that Josh stole all the gym equipment from and I’m sure [he] never uses it — I’m going to turn that into a playroom,” she tells Wing.

In response to Christina’s claims, a spokesperson for Josh told PEOPLE in a statement: "The removal of any gym equipment by Josh was discussed and agreed-upon through legal counsel in advance. Any claims by Christina accusing him of ‘stealing’ are false, defamatory, and misleading.”

“This dangerous form of slander is incredibly damaging to Josh’s reputation, and they will continue to be documented accordingly,” the statement continues.

This is not the first time Christina has made allegations about her ex stealing from her. 

During a Feb. 26 episode of her other HGTV series, The Flip Off, Christina accused Josh, 44, of taking one of her vehicles from her Tennessee home where he lived after their split.

In the scene, Christina explained to her friend Cassie Schienle that her parents helped pack up all her belongings that were left at the Leiper's Fork, Tenn., property and brought them back for her. However, when her parents arrived at the home, they noticed something was missing. 

“When my parents got to the house, this was gone,” Christina told Cassie while pointing to the UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) in her garage. Referring to Josh, she continued, “He took it. He thinks all of this is his even though I bought this before marriage."

“That’s when I was like, I need to get all this stuff out of here. Like, he’s just going to steal it all," she alleged.

A source close to Josh told PEOPLE at the time that he “was aware of her parents' pending arrival, so he was out washing and gassing up [the UTV] for her parents and was already on his way back to deliver it when she asked where it was.”

Josh filed for divorce from Christina in July 2024 after nearly three years of marriage. He cited “irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split and also requested spousal support, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time.

In a previous episode of The Flip Off, Christina claimed that her ex had requested $3.5 million from her amid their divorce. Josh previously denied that he requested $65,000 per month in spousal support from the HGTV star in October 2024, taking to Instagram to address the “false statements."

Before Josh, Christina was married to her first husband and Flip Off costar, Tarek El Moussa, 43, from 2009 to 2016. She was married to her second husband, British automotive expert and TV host, Ant Anstead, 45, from 2018 to 2020. 

Along with Brayden, the designer shares daughter Taylor, 14, with Tarek, as well as son Hudson, 5, with Anstead.
