In an exclusive video shared with PEOPLE, three fans found out the best way possible. Nick, Joe and Kevin surprised three lucky fans fans during their Escape Game experience during JONASCON at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey on March 23 — and even moved one fan to tears with their unexpected appearance. At the start of the music-themed Escape Room experience, fans learn that Kevin, 37, left his guitar at the JoBros' songwriting cabin in the mountains for an upcoming concert. "We have this cabin where we go and write our music. Kevin lost his guitar in there. We need your help!" "And now we're counting on you, some of our most trusted fans to save the day," Nick, 32, chimes in, later adding: "No pressure, but also, very much pressure." When the 2008 song "Burnin' Up" plays, they brace themselves to stun fans with their presence. The first of the JoBro fan trio screams "Oh my God!" when she realizes who is at the bottom. Their friends shout "no way! No way! No way!" upon hearing the Jonas Brothers' voices and swiftly slide down to join them. The fans are visibly emotional after meeting Nick, Joe and Kevin — and get VIP tickets to their concert that night. Luckily, they also find Kevin's missing guitar — so the show can go on! On Aug. 8, the brothers will release their upcoming album Greetings from Your Hometown, which features their new single "Love Me to Heaven." Additionally, Nick, Joe and Kevin revealed at JONASCON that they are bringing their ultimate fan experience on the road during their JONAS20: Living The Dream Tour in August, starting in New Jersey before hitting dozens of cities in the U.S. through November. "I think the cool part about JONASCON and this chapter of our journey... is just how these individual projects and journeys that we've gone on have really shaped who we've become as brothers, as a family, but also as a band," Nick told PEOPLE in March.
