Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber’s Daughter Kai, 16, Makes Runway Debut for Valentino at Paris Fashion Week

Kai Schreiber has made her runway debut!

On Sunday, March 9, the 16-year-old daughter of Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber was the spitting image of her parents as she walked for Valentino during Paris Fashion Week.

During the show, Kai emerged from a red stall door and strutted down the red runway. She wore a long-sleeve animal-print minidress with a feathered neckline, as well as white lace tights, blue-tinted sunglasses and white pumps with a floral detail around the ankle.

Her blonde hair was styled into a sleek bun and covered by a nude head wrap.

The teen, who is represented by IMG models, shared some behind-the-scenes snaps of her catwalk debut on Instagram. "omggg my heart is so full 💗 ilysm," she captioned the post. Photos of Kai getting her hair and makeup done show off her bleached blonde eyebrows, which appear to have been dyed for the show.

Her famous mom also shared her excitement in an Instagram post. "That’s my @maisonvalentino baby! I’m squealing with pride," Watts, 56, wrote in the caption. "Ilysm @kaischreiberrr ❤️."

Watts and Liev, 57, share two children together, Sasha and Kai. They welcomed son Sasha in 2007 and Kai in 2008 before ending their 11-year relationship in 2016. The former couple has been open about remaining friends and putting their children first.

In 2018, when Kai was 10 years old, Watts shared in an interview with Net-a-Porter that both her children had taken an interest in acting and had previously attended a performance arts summer camp.

“It seems they’ve got the bug,” the Stripes founder said, adding that her feelings about them acting are “definitely mixed."

In addition to her acting aspirations, Kai is passionate about dance and aerial acrobatics. Watts has often shared photos of her daughter's performance journey, including attending a dance convention in November 2019.

Kai has also shown an interest in fashion leading up to her runway debut. In April 2024, she and Watts sat in the front row at a Dior pre-fall fashion show at the Brooklyn Museum. Kai wore a matching sweater and skirt set that featured red flowers and butterflies, while Watts opted for a long white dress.

The teen also joined her mom in the front row at Balenciaga's Paris Fashion Week show in June 2024. Watts wore a cream-colored top and matching skirt, while Kai wore a sheer black lace top and long black skirt.
