After longtime co-host Hilary Farr announced she was leaving the HGTV show in 2023 after 19 seasons, PEOPLE exclusively revealed in February that Turner would be taking the design reins in the upcoming 20th season. Now, PEOPLE can exclusively share a sneak peek of Turner and Visentin’s relationship as they adjust to co-hosting and competing — and it may look a little familiar to devoted fans. In the clip above, Visentin is seen driving his car before stopping to pick up his new co-host. After Turner gets in the car, the pair exchange greetings followed by the show’s longtime real estate agent saying, “So, the journey begins.” Page Turner on 'Love It or List It'. Turner warns him, “Well, I’m here and that is different.” When Visentin agrees with Turner that it is different with her on the show now, he warns her that she shouldn’t expect him to “make it easy” for her just because she’s the newcomer. Well you’re going to need all that experience because you’re going up against me.” Not standing down, Turner says, “I like a challenge, in fact, I love a challenge.” Her co-host then jokes back, ”Let’s see if you still love when they say 'list it,'” prompting the two to burst into laughter. Turner will attempt to convince fed-up homeowners to stay in their current house by giving the property a life-changing renovation. Fans got to see her competitive side when she went head-to-head against her fellow HGTV designers on two seasons of Rock the Block. She also starred in Flip or Flop: Nashville — the Tennessee-based spin-off of Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa’s hit house flipping show — alongside her ex DeRon Jenkins. Turner’s Love It or List It debut comes more than a year after longtime host Hilary Farr revealed she was leaving the series after 15 years, PEOPLE exclusively revealed in December 2023. “I've given it so many years of my life,” Farr told PEOPLE at the time. Referring to the series that premiered in 2008, she added, “It's got me through hard times. It's got the audiences through hard times. It has evolved into a mainstay of people's lives and it's been incredibly gratifying.
