Their new album Rushmere is named after where the band originally met in Wimbledon. Per a press release, the album marks "the beginning for Mumford & Sons’ next phase," which "follows an intense period of creativity for the trio."

"During a particularly prolific run of recent songwriting inspiration, it’s led them back to the magic of where it all started for them in a leafy suburb of London," the press release adds. The newly announced dates come after Mumford & Sons announced international tour dates in Europe. The band sold out their U.K. arena tour shows in two hours.
