Braxton has been documenting her health journey on social media for a while. On Feb. 27, Braxton posted a video on TikTok working out for the first time in a year, writing in the caption, “My annual bday diet loading.” “Bitch I’m tired,” she said while walking on the stairmaster. “I just feel like I should just be like everybody else and go get surgery.” In the clip, the singer documents her leg extension and leg press workouts while explaining her goals for returning to the gym. “Y’all, I’m not supposed to be this tired. Does that mean I’m really really out of shape? This is like my first time working out in a year. I just want my stomach to be flat. I want my six-pack back. I’m back on my salmon and water and avocados. Let’s see what happens to these thighs. So this is day one. It’s really this for me,” she said, pinching her stomach. “Let’s see how I can get rid of her. That’s one heifer that don’t wanna go,” The Braxtons star said with a laugh. The following week, Braxton said on social media that her “revenge body” is loading. Close Leave a Comment
