Les does a great job in the self-care space of balancing the “fluffy” advice with the tangible, applicable advice. I walk away from each episode having learned something, and I look forward to Tuesdays every week. I actually prefer Les’ solo episodes over most guests, but all guests make sense and bring something valuable to the podcast. Definitely my favorite podcast and has been consistently for about a year.
