I'm back. Oh, and Happy New Year. I've been on the disabled list for about a month and returning Monday.

So what's been happening?

It seems that those in charge at Tweed have yet another perv on their hands. Back in 2009 on this blog is was reported how former Network Leader and in charge of something at Tweed DR Mychael Willon had been arrested of lewd and lascivious behavior and sexual assault in a Wichita KS, adult book store. Both charges are misdemeanors and Willon pled No Contest. Yes, he never should have been hired by the DOE but he was basically caught rubbing one out where he shouldn't have.

More appalling is the latest news that David Arnold Hay, Deputy Chief of Staff for Ass Kissery to Chancellor Carranza was arrested this past weekend in Wisconsin for Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime. Hay was feeling a bit horny one night and instead of having the common decency like DR Mychael Willon to politely rub one out decided instead to cruise for underage boys online. Using a computer in the way the Hay had is a Class C felony in Wisconsin and carries a penalty of a fine up to $100k or up to 40 years in prison or both. Let's hope that Hay spends a full forty years in prison and is passed around frequently for a pack of Newports. Schmuck. Has a $169k a year job and blows it for being horny.

The Neenah WI police arrested Hay, and his arrest is part of a continuing investigation looking for online pervs.

According to the New York Times, Hay, who was previously a principal in two Wisconsin High Schools...

...took a leave of absence from his job as a high school principal in the Kettle Moraine School District in suburban Milwaukee in late 2010, and left that job in early 2011, citing differences with the district’s superintendent, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Why did he leave these schools? Think about this. Hay is arrested over the weekend cruising for teen boys online. In Wisconsin. His home state. Where he feels comfortable. Do not think for one minute this happened in a vacuum. You can be rest assured that not only has Hay had proclivities for teen boys for some time but it would surprise no one that he has acted out on such desires.

The DOE needs to go back with a fine tooth comb and see when and where Hay was, whom he was with, and which age groups he consorted with the most. If he had any contacts with teen boys, that group should checked into pronto.

David Hay's mistake his that he wasn't a DOE principal. That way he would not have been fired and would have been promoted to some cushy gig in Tweed.

Usually when I awake I go to my phone and check the latest news. One news alert I received was from the NY Times concerned ATRs. I clicked and when I saw the photograph and the caption “PS 157” I shuddered. This is not going to turn out well.

"In a system in which only 1 percent of teachers earn the lowest possible ratings, of ineffective or unsatisfactory, 12 percent of the teachers who were in the Absent Teacher Reserve at the end of the last school year had received one of those ratings in 2015-16."

Here it is in all its glory. The decision against Francis Blake by the arbitrator Alan Berg. DR Mychael Willon is mentioned as is Donald Conyers as two upstanding human beings. The last two pages include the reversal of Francis' penalty to a five thousand dollar fine and two months suspension. FYI, Francis is appealing the decision.

Oh one more thing. I redacted Francis' file number and SS #. However, other sentences in the first few pages will look redacted but they are not. I used too dark a highlighter on my copy and it came out too dark. My apologies.

It was good to see Mike Mulgrew totally p3wn Campbell the other day. Sadly, this is the one true time that I actually wither saw Mike truly outraged. Who knows how things would be if he actually acted like this other times. But enough about Mike.

So Campbell (should I just refer to her as the "Shicksa From The Bayou"?) is outraged that out of 128 school employees over the last year that were accused of sexual dalliances with students, only 33 were fired. To Campbell Brown, all 128 should have been fired even if the charges against them were, how shall we say, false.

She did ask Mike to make a pledge to her that he will seek to fire all teachers that engage in sexual misconduct. Mike p3wned her again by telling her that he will not make any pledges to her at all. That the system in place works, and that is the system that we will live by.

What Campbell fails to realize is we live in a country of laws and one of the laws of the land are due process. That whether or not you are a private citizen or a government employee, you are entitled to due process when an accusation is made against you. As a government employee you are entitled to a hearing by an impartial arbitrator, which both the DOE and the UFT have agreed upon. The arbitrator makes the decision on culpability, not the UFT. Just because you don't like the verdict, does not mean that you can reverse it.

We don't see Campbell down in Sanford, FL trying to change the verdict, we don't see her attempting to complain about Jerry Remy's son. But just teachers, why?

Could it be that her husband, the man she converted to my religion for, Dan Senor is on the board of MichelleRheeFirst NY? I guess the woman's auxiliary section of MRFNY needs something or someone to rail against.

But come to think about it, I think Campbell might be right. She has a very good point. I will appoint myself a proxy for Mike Mulgrew and I will make that pledge to her that was offered.

But under several conditions.

One, Campbell must advocate for the arrest, prosecution and conviction of her husband Dan Senor for war crimes. Not for all the things that he screwed up (And boy did he!), but for the sexual misconduct of prisoners he allowed in Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

What's that you say Campbell, Danny had nothing to do with it? Yes, we know that it was not Dan that was pointing at prisoner's naughty bits and humiliating them with insertions of foreign objects. But Danny did work for the Coalition Provisional Authority, was a Senior Advisor to Pro-Consul Paul Bremer, and.....adviser to the Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance. Dan was able to fit all this into his life from the invasion, March 2003, to the summer of 2004.

Wait, what is that Campbell? You are now saying that Danny was not a prison guard at Abu Ghraib? Maybe not, but Danny at the very least was part of what created the atmosphere which enabled such behavior at the prison. Did Danny at anytime try to stop it? Did he arrest anyone before it leaked on 60 minutes? What is that you say, Danny did not know? Ignorance is not an excuse.


Dan Senor was wrong, he was culpable, he was part of the problem and not the solution.

Another condition Campbell is to come out and in the same voice of consternation come out against the pervy administrators that the DOE continually looks the other way from.

DR Mychael Willon who was arrested in the 90's for masturbating in a Wichita KS bookstore, John Chase JR who shared with teachers where he wished to stick he hoo-ha, and Quinton Cedeno amongst others. Do it, I dare you.

One last condition. I truly dare Campbell to put her money where her mouth is. Come up to the South Bronx and truly advocate for the women who are raped, sexually abused and physically abused. Not just by strangers, but by family members. Come fight for these women when they show the courage to take their rapists and abusers to court (criminal or civil) and the justice system truly fails these women.

Come advocate for the children that are raped and abused by family members as well and the justice system fails these children.

Campbell is kvetching (Campbell, you're Jewish now, you should know what this means) about 128 teachers, trust me, there are more on the street of the South Bronx preying over the women and the children of not only the South Bronx, but of all of New York.

But it looks cooler for the Campbell Browns of the world to crap on teachers rather than to roll up their sleeves and  solve the real problems of society.

The Daily News with seemingly nothing better to do, has taken a course over the last several days to do Uncle Mike's bidding and besmirch teachers who have been accused of inappropriate contact with students. The News whines that these teachers, when afforded their rights under the United States Constitution were either found not guilty, had statements and evidence thrown out, or given penalties other than being terminated by a impartial arbitrator.

Which brings me to the defense of my pal, Chaz the Blogger, henceforth known as Eric Chasanoff. Eric, has been raked over the coals by the Daily News. Not only for coming out as he has on his blog, but for The Daily News misrepresenting the truth. Thankfully, The New York Times at least gave Eric the chance to share his side of of the truth, and Eric gave his side as well.

Which brings me to wonder. Why would The Daily News editorialize this past Friday that "Pervy Teachers Must get the boot, whilst pervy administrators, or administrators that beat up children don't get the boot? Sock Puppet Walcott gave this information, not just regarding Eric, but 15 other teachers. The editorial says; 

"Chancellor Dennis Walcott had identified the 16 as having been worthy of dismissal when he reviewed disciplinary cases in the wake of the arrests of several school staff members"

The sock puppet decided to share this on his own, on did it come from someone much higher, like a deity in the form of Uncle Mike?

One can only read about Bronxdale High School's principal John Chase Jr and the proclivities he wishes upon his penis. Or even Dr Mychael Willon, formerly a LIS/Network Leader and had a plum position at Tweed recruiting principals. Did not the NYC DOE due its due diligence and was either aware or unaware of Dr Willon being caught masturbating or some other deviant sex act in a Wichita KS adult bookstore in 1990. Or did the NYC DOE ever investigate the diploma mill in which "Dr" Willon received his Phd, in which several other school districts saw through the charade and did not hire him? But, and this is a big but, perhaps the NYC DOE did come to its senses and decided to gently allow Willon to leave and land on his feet at Alternative Unlimited, a student tutoring and educational company, as chief academic officer in Houston TX?

Oh but there is more. As I mentioned when I "came out," we had an assistant principal at my school, affectionately known in these pages as "Numb Nuts," that had a hankering for beating the shit out of children. Numb Nuts is better known as Derrick Townsend. Derrick has landed nicely on his feet at Community for Special Education 2 in The Bronx.

What did Derrick Towsend do? Well we need to go back to January 2007 in which I notified by immediate superior at the time, principal Cynthia Ballard of Townsend's misdeeds. Read on;

On Monday, January 22^nd, 2007 during the extended day program, I heard a commotion outside my office, Room 219, in the hallway. I stepped to the doorway of my office and saw that XXXXX was struggling with Mr Townsend. Mr Townsend appeared to be attempting to get XXXXX inside his office. Mr Townsend then took XXXXX’s right arm, and pulled it behind and up XXXXXX’s back as he was doing this; he slammed XXXXX into his closed office door with XXXXX’s face and chest bearing the brunt of the impact.

On Thursday, January 25, 2007 at approximately 12:20 PM the 3^rd grade was in the auditorium to watch a movie before they ate lunch. XXXXXX had come down with his class, and was not cooperating. XXXXXX had decided to sit in the 2^nd or 3^rd row of the far right (if facing the stage) set of seats. I was standing at the back of the auditorium, and saw Mr Townsend approach XXXXXX. I do not know what was said at first, but Mr Townsend was soon getting very animated. Mr Townsend then grabbed XXXXXX by his upper left arm, and pulled him out of his seat violently. He dragged XXXXXX up the aisle to the last row of seats, and threw XXXXXX into the aisle seat.

   On Tuesday, January 30, 2007, at apprixomately 12:20 the 3rd grade was in the aditorium to watch a movie before they ate lunch. XXXXXXX was talking to XXXXXX in the last row

   Of seats on the right side of the auditorium. Mr Townsend asked XXXXXX several times come sit with his class. XXXXXX refused, and Mr Townsend walked up to the last row. Mr Townsend walked down the row, grabbed XXXXXX, by his upper arm, yanked him up, and dragged XXXXX into the aisle.

We here at SBSB believe in journalistic integrity. The crack investigative team here at SBSB has been beating the drum that serial masturbator (Is this spelled correctly? I know there are some readers that have emailed me in the past concerning typos. Feel free!) Mychael Willon should not be employed by the DOE because of an arrest and conviction for lewd and lascivious behavior in Wichita KS. It seems that Mychael Willon is no longer employed by the DOE as of last month.

Mychael Willon is now employed as the Chief Academic Officer at Alternatives Unlimited, a Baltimore based student tutoring, and educational company. Willon is based in Houston TX, and started just last month. So that is the end of that. Right? Wrong.

What is does is raise several questions that should be addressed. First and foremost is, did Tweed find out about Willon's past since is story was first published here and ease him out of his job? Perhaps Joel Klein came up to Myke and said, "seems you have an issue bopping your baloney at inappropriate times. This could leave a stain (pun intended) on me and the DOE. How about I close my eyes, count to ten and you find another position?" This seems quite plausible.

But something else smells. It seems that Alternatives Unlimited is a vendor/provider for the NYC DOE. In fact provider ID # 175. This, according to SES 2009-2010 Parent Guide. Click here and go to page 12 of the file. Alternatives Unlimited provides tutoring as per NCLB for NYC students.

This raises several questions. Did Mychael Willon already have a foot in the door once Alternatives Unlimited became a provider? Is there some type of conflict in him leaving the DOE and getting a position at AU? Was there a quid pro quo, i.e. Tweed makes deal for them to take Willon off their hands for AU to still be approved as a provider? Did Willon lie once again to get this job at AU? Was Willon hired to help AU keep contract in future? This certainly does not pass the smell test. Better yet, did anyone at Tweed, if they knew of Mychael Willon's past, notify the State Education department?

Unfortunately, we here at SBSB are not very familiar with conflict of interest regulations and invite anyone who can answer these questions to please feel free to do so.

Seems in Kansas that if you are convicted of a misdemeanor, even those that involve sexual crimes, all it costs to expunge your conviction is seventy five dollars. And a good attorney.

The crack team here at SBSB has learned through an excellent source, though yet to have verified, that Mychael Willon had his conviction, yes pleading no contest is the same as a guilty plea, expunged. But you ask, "Teacher in the Bronx, how can this be?" Well in Kansas, it be, and it is.

The crack team at SBSB as learned that it costs just seventy-five dollars to file a motion to have your record expunged. It is reviewed by the court and then a hearing is held, and a judge then rules on the motion. That quick, that simple. And, I am sure, that having a well competent, well connected attorney helps smooth the way towards expungment.

But it does not change what happened. Willon was caught with his proverbial pants down in that Wichita KS adult bookstore in 1989. Willon's character is in question here. Just not with this instance, but with the fake doctorate as well.

Food for thought. If a NYC teacher did what Willon did, how fast would that teacher be on the front page of the NY Post, and in the Rubber Room?

Today in The New York Post, the official party newspaper of the DOE, we read of the trials and tribulations of Alan Rosenfeld. Mr Rosenfeld has been made the poster child of everything that is wrong with assigning teachers to the Rubber Room.

A quick summary of Alan Rosenfeld's transgression. In 2001 he was accused of making inappropriate statements to a female student. There were numerous charges. He was sent to the Rubber Room. All but one charge was dismissed. On the basis of double hearsay he was found liable and suspended for one week. Yes, you read it right, one week. That was almost ten years ago. When Klein came into power, Klein, and Klein alone decided that Rosenfeld was a danger to children, and has kept him in the Rubber Room since. This is all I am going to say on the subject of Alan Rosenfeld. Because that is not the reason of tonight's blog. And neither is Ayn Rand going to be the subject as promised last night.

Tonight's subject kiddies is the continued hypocrisy of Joel Klein in regards to the lewd and lascivious behavior of the DOE's Director of the Principal Candidate Pool, Mychael Willon. For those who forget you can find out about Mychael Willon here, here, here, here, and here.

How does this tie into Alan Rosenfeld and Klein's hypocrisy? On August 8, 1989 Mychael Willon was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior in a Wichita KS bookstore. A misdemeanor. According to Kansas law; 21-3508. Lewd And Lascivious Behavior. 1. Lewd and lascivious behavior is: -- Engaging in sexual intercourse or sodomy with any person or animal with knowledge or reasonable anticipation that the participants are being viewed by others; or -- the exposure of a sex organ in a public place, or in the presence of a person who is not the spouse of the offender and who has not consented thereto, with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desires of the offender or another. 2. Lewd and lascivious behavior is a class B misdemeanor.


So it seems that Mychael Willon was, for lack of a better phrase, waxing the proverbial carrot. Hey, no problem. Rub one out all you want. Just not in a public place whilst a principal at an elementary school. But there is more.

Seems on the same date Mychael Willon was also charged with sexual battery. According to Kansas law, 21-3517. Sexual Battery. 1. Sexual battery is the unlawful, intentional touching of the person of another who is not the spouse of the offender and who does not consent thereto, with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of the offender or another. 2. Sexual battery is a class A misdemeanor. 3. This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminal code.

Maybe he was walking around with it out, and bumped into someone. Who knows. But he was
arrested and charged. But we are still not done.

In May of 1990 Willon pleaded No Contest, nolo contendere, which is the same effect as pleading
guilty. Willon was sentenced to three months in jail. However it was agreed that if Willon paid a
$100 fine by July 2nd he would just be given probation. Lucky guy. But it doesn't stop there with
Willon.

While Willon was an LIS in 2006 he applied for superintendent's position for the Windsor
Southwest Supervisor Union school district in South Chester VT he had to drop out of the candidate pool
because the school board had found out he got his doctorate at a known diploma mill, La Salle
Univeristy of Louisiana. It was such a fine diploma that the founder was sentenced to five years in
federal prison. This according to the Rutland (VT) Herald. But hold onto your britches, there is more!

Also in 2006, Mychael Willon came up against the Leominister (MA) Public Schools while awaiting to be
interviewed for the superintendent's job, the school board found out about his conviction for lewd
and lascivious behavior. Again this made a newspaper, the weekly Leominister Champion.

The crack team here at SBSB as learned that Mycheal Willon either had the no contest plea either vacated
or sealed. Either way it does not take away from the fact that he had his ding-a-ling out where it should not
have been.

What is fascinating here is that these two small, out of the way school districts were able to find this out,
but the NYC DOE wasn't. Or did they know and just didn't care?

This guy was an LIS, reporting to Klein. What did Klein know and when did he know it? What does the DOE
know and when did they know it, or not bother to know it?

If it was a teacher caught doing what Willon has done how fast would the DOE, and its official publication, The
New York Post do everything it can to besmirch that teacher's career?

Klein, you have dropped the ball.

So a sex scandal was announced today. But to the disappointment of Joel Klein it was not a teacher, but a principal, Quintin Cedeno of the High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and Architecture in Queens. A principal that had been in the system all of eight years. Or maybe less. But just hold on, we'll get back to this in a bit because this is just almost as unsettling as what he has been accused of.

According to the Daily News, Cedeno has been accused of asking a 15 year old boy for oral sex, and had the temerity of reminding the boy that he bought him a T-Mobile side kick. But, David Pakter is brought up on misconduct for buying watches for students doing well. Perhaps if the DOE were even handed in who it chooses to screw with, this 15 year old boy never would have been propositioned. Cedeno also sent 100 text messages intimidating the young man. Again, if the wheels of justice were equal, this could have been avoided. Now this poor 15 year old boy has to have a memory of a fat fuck wanting to be blown.

Cedeno has also been accused of touching other students privates and in one instance told a student that he was "only joking." Yeah, sure. He also claimed that any references he made to genitals were done "in jest." Schmuck. Perhaps he used this classic genitalia joke as a proper segueway; My genitals are so mammoth in size, that if inches were words, my member could fill every page of one of Ayn Rand's epic Objectivist tomes!

But what is disturbing is how fast he seemed to go up the DOE ladder. Mr Cedeno is only 33 years old. According to insideschools.org, Mr Cedeno taught at the LaSalle Academy, a selective Roman Catholic school on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, as well as East New York Transit Tech, a vocational program in Brooklyn. He was assistant principal of Automotive High School in Brooklyn. The Daily News also had him at one time teaching math in 2003. I am assuming it was at Transit Tech. So at the very most he has in the DOE is eight years. So how, why, did he move up the ladder so quickly? Is he a product of the Leadership Academy? Did he have genital show and tell with Joel Klein?

But what is disturbing is something the SBSB team found on ratemyteachers.com. A student gave an opinion of Quintin Cedeno while still at Transit Tech on January 9, 2004; "he gets a little to close to the little ones :-0" And the DOE, OSI, SCI, KLEIN never picked up on this?

So Klein and Bloomy like to paint with a broad brush all teachers are perverts, or most are, that are in the Rubber Rooms. So does the media. So why not start using that same brush now on principals, and assistant principals? Tweed still has Mychael Willon on its payroll. Why?

Klein, your slip is starting to show.

Everyone should read this very carefully. Especially our new UFT Reichsführer, Mike Mulgrew.

As was written on August 13, Francis Blake a teacher at PS 157 in the Bronx was found guilty of incompetence and suspended two months without pay. He was also fined five thousand dollars for dozing off for ninety seconds, but more on that in a bit.

But the rape of Francis Blake's career continues. Today Francis got an amended finding by arbitrator Alan Berg. Mr Berg rescinded the suspension and instead now is fining Francis two months pay for incompetency which comes to about $13, 497. This is in addition to the five thousand dollars Francis has been fined for the ninety second snooze.

One of the incompetence charges against Francis stems from a social studies lesson that he did with a kindergarten class in January 2007. Francis had a pre-observation meeting with Assistant Principal Beverly Andrews. The lesson was to be on police officers. Ms Andrews approved the book Francis was to read to the class, "A Day With Police Officers," by Jan Kottke.

Francis performed the lesson verbatim that Beverly Andrews approved. But Francis received an unsatisfactory rating for the lesson. One of the discrepancies Ms Andrews pointed out was the book was not appropriate for the lesson. WHAT? Yes, you are right. Ms Andrews already approved the book. How can this be? Ms Andrews cited that the print was too small.

Looks just fine to me. So what be the problem Ms Andrews?

Now as far as the snoozing. In September 2006 Francis was asked to go to a special ed. class to help with dismissal. The para for that class had been receiving special treatment in being allowed to leave school early by Principal Ramona Duran to get to her undergrad classes. Francis was in no way supervising the class, the teacher was already there, nor was he giving a lesson. Francis sat down in the rocking chair and dozed for ninety seconds. He was woken up by AP Beverly Andrews.

Now in no way is Francis' actions being condoned. Shit happens. The day before Francis injured his back. He had never done anything like this before or since. He apologized profusely the following day. Yet, Principal Ramona Duran chose to put a letter in his file when she could have very well have given him a counseling memo. She was out to nail him. Plain and simple.

Why did the arbitrator decide to come down so hard on Francis? He owned up to the dozing off. Others, and the arbitrator admitted it, have continually lied and offered false and perjured testimony. Is that not right Ramona Duran? It is not like Francis committed some lewd and lascivious act in an adult book store a la DR Mychael Willon. So what gives here?

Francis is out over $18,000 becuase of a vindictive, lying principal. He is out $18,000 because of some LIS who can't wait till he gets home to pleasure himself and has a false doctorate choosing to continue to show a lack of character and testify falsely against Francis.

He is out over $18,000 because the system and those that run it are out of control.

This just in to the SBSB newsroom. DR Mychael Willon was arrested on August 8. 1989. Not only was he charge with lewd and lascivious behavior, but also a charge of sexual battery. This per the September 30, 1989 issue of the Wichita Eagle newspaper.

Former McCollom Elementary School Principal Mychael Willon, who was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior and sexual battery in an adult video store on Aug. 8, pleaded not guilty Friday in Wichita Municipal Court and an October trial date was set. Willon took a voluntary leave of absence from McCollom after his arrest.

The July 19, 1990 Wichita (KS) Eagle reported on page 4D that DR Mychael Willon was arrested for "lewd and lascivious" behavior, a misdemeanor, in an adult video store. This brings to question how this man has continued to stay in education, and how he has come to work for the NYC DOE where supposedly Joel Klein has zero tolerance for such behavior.

The hits just keep getting more interesting with Mychael Willon. A reader sent the blog a link that might shed more information on DR Willon and his phony diploma. When one reads what is there, the part that is interesting becomes more apparent.

'As for La Salle University in Louisiana, I enrolled in that college believing it was a credible institution and had no idea that the individual in charge of the school would end up involved in an investigation,' he wrote. ...

FBI documents show the lone faculty member at LaSalle University in Louisiana appeared be to responsible for all 15,000 students.

Bear thinks there are three type of people who enroll in degree mill programs: People who know and don't care, people who have suspicions but take a chance and a those who are fooled, he said. The last category is a small minority, he said.

But I noticed something in a previous post about DR Willon just now. In the Rutland VT newspaper they mention him as Mychael Willon of Owego, NY. But what is confusing is that in the fall of 2006 DR Willon was an LIS in the Bronx. Now I understand that I am just a lowly educator and not some big shot administrator, but it seems to be that must be one hell of a daily commute between Owego, NY and the Bronx. Which begs to answer, how often was DR Willon showing up to work? I doubt anyone commutes 3 1/2 hours each way for work.

It seems that two years after DR Willon was exposed as having a fraudulent doctorate he seems to still fancy himself as having one. Strange.

This is going to be the first a series of posts about the shenanigans of Ramona Duran, principal at PS 157 in her railroading of Francis Blake social studies teacher. Francis was brought up on incompetency charges and has spent the last two years in the rubber room. Francis went through his 3020a hearing and was found guilty. He has been suspended for two months and has been ordered to pay a five thousand dollar fine. Ramona Duran perjured herself throughout his trial, admitted to it and yet the arbitrator found her lies to be credible because as he said in his findings, "she didn't mean to lie." That is akin to me farting in front of Queen Elizabeth. I didn't mean to, but I did.

But how does DR Mychael Willon play into this? Seems DR Willon whilst LIS of region 9 in 2006 observed along with Ms Duran Francis Blake's lesson. Yes, it was an observation, but aren't administrators supposed to stay for the entire lesson? Not in this case. DR Willon and Ms Duran both left with approximately 20 minutes left in the lesson. Neither ever saw the completion. Never saw the students work in groups or the end product.

I bring this up because this lesson was rated unsatisfactory by Ms Duran and she testified to it in the trial of Francis Blake. Also, DR Willon testified in the trial and concurred with Ms Duran. So is that the truth and nothing but the truth DR Willon? Does DR Willon have a difficult time with the truth and reality? Why am I putting the abbreviation for Doctor in bold?

It seems that DR Willon does have a difficult time with truth and reality. In 2006, while DR Willon was still an LIS, the Rutland (VT) Herald wrote:

Mychael Willon, of Owego, N.Y., withdrew his candidacy in the wake of questions concerning his doctoral degree, which came from a diploma mill in Louisiana closed down by federal authorities in 1995.

It goes on to say:

While Willon has a lengthy and often meritorious career in education as a teacher and administrator, LaSalle University in Louisiana, where he obtained his doctorate online in 1993, does not.

The founder, James Virdamon Kirk, was sentenced to five years in jail for mail fraud.

The Louisiana institution has nothing to do with the accredited Catholic college of the same name in Philadelphia.

Willon said in published reports he did not know the university was a diploma mill.

"I enrolled in that university believing it was a creditable institution and had no idea that the individual in charge of the school would end up involved in an investigation," he said.

Seems that DR Willon does have a reality problem. When he was hired from Owego NY did he present himself to the DOE as a Doctor? Does the DOE know now in 2009 that DR Willon who just happens to be Director of the Principal Candidate Pool (whatever that means) is a liar and a cheat?

It's funny when reading that DR Willon was not aware in 2006 that LaSalle University of Louisiana was not a diploma mill when LaSalle was shut down, Thomas James Kirk aka, Thomas McPherson was indicted for fraud in 1996 and spent five years in prison.

Is it not a felony or at least a misdemeanor to use false documents and to present yourself as having a diploma and/or doctorate? Since it took DR Willon until 2006 to "come clean" how long was he using the PhD ruse? At least until he got caught in 2006. The Owego school district and the DOE should look into this immediately.
