the views were nearly stunning, but that’s where the praise ends. the staff was completely overwhelmed with wedding guests, totally neglecting us, the normal guests. a room upgrade woudl ve been an appropriate gesture after such a disastrous stay. almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.
