The ongoing roadwork made accessing the hotel a hassle!!! Last-minute taxi bookings were overpriced, and the outdated TV with poor sound was disappointing. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which needed immediate attention!!!

had a super warm welcome, and the room was all decked out for our anniversary with cute flower petals and swan towels! the breakfast spread was amaazing, with tons of choices. also, the pool area was lush and made us feel like we were on vacation. the comfy bed made it hard to get up in the mornings. The bathroom setup was hella cool with a big window into the sleeping area.

the shower door was a bit of a nuisance since it didn't seal right, and there was a tiny cockroach during dinner that was gross. overall, some maintaining could really help, especially with the food variety.

The swimming pool, the spa, the restaurant's exceptional service was truly remarkable.
