My experience at the Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as we found stains and a musty smell that made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, when we requested to change rooms due to poor ventilation, we were informed that it would incur extra charges, which was unexpected and frustrating. Overall, the service did not meet the standards one would expect from a Hyatt property.
