While the ___location is great, crossing to the mall was tricky, requiring us to rely on Tuk-Tuks. A higher floor might have been quieter too, thanks to dining noise on the second floor.

The staff are proper chommies, always ready to help and made us feel right at home. Our waiter Suhas was on the ball with everything we needed, even with the soft food situation. The brekkie was lekker, lots of tasty options to start the day!

Only downside was the WiFi—it was a bit slow at times, but we managed. No biggie.

I faced several issues during my stay. The check-in process was frustrating, as the receptionist insisted on local address proof, which we didn't have. Additionally, our room had a persistent smell of mold and was not properly ventilated. Even after reporting it, there was no prompt action taken by the management. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into an uncomfortable experience.
