Larry Stafford on Civil Rights

Libertarian challenger

No government favors; 100% free market

Q: Do you agree with the VoteMatch topic, Require companies to hire more women & minorities?

A: Disagree... The market place should be a 100% free market... without manipulation from the government. That is what is currently wrong in society... the government favoring its political buddies over others. ALL citizens should have an equal playing field. No extra help, nor extra intimidation from the government. I support ending ALL government favors to ANY individual.

No discrimination based on orientation, including marriage

Q: Do you agree with the VoteMatch topic, Sexual orientation protected by civil rights laws?

A: Agree... No one should be discriminated against because of sexual orientation. However, the government also shouldnt be in the business of regulating ANY relationship, Gay or straight. That means that no one should have to get permission licenses to get married, or special government benefits because they are married. Again... equal playing field for all.
