Juanita Giles is the founder and executive director of the Virginia Children’s Book Festival. She is also a
book columnist for National Public Radio; a Washington Post and New York Times contributor; and executive director of Eleven Pictures, Ltd., a nonprofit organization that supports youth media and education initiatives in rural Virginia.
